Order Options:
1.Fax Order: Orders can be put by faxing the order provided by our company or your own order list.
2.Online Order: Click the ¡°Online Order¡± and fill in the details of order form on the web page, then click¡°Confirm¡± to complete it. We will make a call for confirmation after the receipt of the order.
3.Telephone Order: The customers who get our business telephone number on Internet or from other channels may placean order directly by calling and confirm the details such as the amount.
4.Order by Contract: Signing a purchase contract after a face- to- face negotiation, which is suitable for customers with large scale order or other special requirements.

Payment:
Please transfer the total amount of payment to our designated bank by telegraph in three working days after the signing of the contract. The contract will be automatically cancelled if the payment doesn¡¯t arrive on the fourth working day.

Delivery
(1) Delivery Way: Free delivery is provided within Northeast China Area. The two parties shall negotiate about the delivery to areas outside Northeast China and foreign countries, including Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan (such as mailing, FOB shipping, aerial transportation). The delivery expense shall be born by the buyer.
(2) Delivery Date: The delivery date is confirmed according to the amount after the receipt of payment. We will deliver the goods to customers on schedule time (except for force majeures including natural calamity, earthquake and wars). Compensation will be given according to international practice for the late shipment due to our reason. For the shipment delayed by two weeks, despite within or out of China, we promise to deliver the goods in a fastest way by aerial transportation with expenses undertaken by us and also pay the compensation for the delay.

About Quality:
Should any quality defects be found within one week after the receipt of the goods and the defective products are over 3% (according to international practice, 3% defective products is within normal range), please return the defective ones to us and get the payment back after our confirmation.
Customers are welcomed to examine the goods before delivery if possible. If there is any defections found on the goods that have left the port or been delivered after customers?examination, buyers should undertake relevant responsibilities and expenses.
